OEM Agreement Brings the Industry’s Most Accurate Email Security Protection to Spamina Customers in Spain and Latin America

Barcelona, Spain and San Francisco, CA May 6, 2009- Spamina and Cloudmark today announced a comprehensive, strategic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement which will incorporate Cloudmark technology into the Spamina portfolio of email security solutions. The resulting combination, on the Spamina platform, will provide customers with the industry’s most accurate real-time spam, virus and phishing protection for both incoming and outgoing email.

As part of the agreement, Cloudmark Authority® software and Cloudmark Sender IntelligenceTM data service (CSI) will be integrated into both the Spamina Email Firewall and Spamina Email Service Firewall for premium and customized email protection. These solutions will allow companies to have the option of optimum protection from an appliance solution (both physical and virtual form) or Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Cloudmark Authority and Cloudmark Sender Intelligence technology was selected as a critical component of the Spamina solutions offering because of its superior performance in accuracy and scalability.
